Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Till Death Do Us Part provides professional wedding tattoo services across the United Kingdom. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to the full booking fee. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Health & Safety

All tattoo procedures are carried out in accordance with UK health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is under 18 years of age. Guests must inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to receiving a tattoo.

5. Age Restrictions

Tattoo services are strictly for persons aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID may be requested. We will not tattoo anyone under 18 under any circumstances.

6. Licensing

Till Death Do Us Part operates with the appropriate local authority licences for tattooing at events. A licensing fee is included in all packages.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to tattoo ink where the client has not disclosed relevant medical information prior to the procedure. Aftercare instructions will be provided to all guests receiving tattoos.

8. Design Rights

All original designs created by Till Death Do Us Part remain the intellectual property of the artist. Flash designs are available for use by clients for personal tattoo purposes only.

9. Photography

We may photograph tattoos carried out at events for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the event.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
